The I-imagine audio visualization app trains soccer players from youth through college to perform at their optimum levels with the use of motor and mental imagery.
Each of the eight training modules is about 15 minutes in length and focuses on a specific soccer mental skill. Listening to a module three to five times a week will help raise the athlete’s confidence and performance by developing and strengthening the neuron pathways from the brain to the body.
Neuromuscular research shows that when athletes visualize themselves performing a physical action, the brain transmits that information to the body. The body then interprets the information as equivalent to a real-life action even though no motion is occurring. This neural activity creates memories and learned behaviors that can be replicated in a real-world, future context. 
Olympic and professional athletes have used visualization training to raise their performance levels for many years. Now it is time for young athletes to get their heads in the game.
